Medicare Patients
$295 facility fee + Medicare
Our facility fee of $295 is applicable to patients using our emergency services. This fee helps support the necessary resources and infrastructure to deliver excellent medical care.
Additionally, our doctors' time and procedure fees are payable at the Medicare rebate rate. These fees are fully reimbursed to eligible Medicare card holders within 24-48 hours.
Diagnostics such as radiology and pathology are fully bulk billed.
This means that there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for these services, as they are directly billed to Medicare.

When accessing the WiSE Specialist Emergency Service, you will be sent a link to the Patient Portal via Clinic to Cloud. Please ensure you reset your password and take reasonable steps to prevent the inadvertent or unauthorised disclosure or access to confidential patient information. Please allow up to 7 days to access your letters and Results.
